With this re-design for a local florist shop, we moved their shopping cart from third party provider BigCommerce to on-site, with the WooCommerce solution. WooCommerce is the #1 shopping cart solution in the world. From an SEO standpoint alone, moving the product pages ‘on site’ provided a significant Google positioning advantage.
The design was a fully custom build, inspired by a big European florist chain Alanna liked.
Credit card processing is now handled through Stripe. We also added a frontend page builder solution to enable the staff to easily edit pages in-house; with a set of custom crafted step-by-step tutorial videos. This new site is fully responsive (to comply with Google’s April 21, 2015 “Mobilegeddon” mobile-friendly algorithm release).
