Highly targeted email is the digital equivalent of sending a personal letter to a prospective client, not to be confused with the spam that is blasted out to lists of untargeted recipients. We do research and then send a personalized email to the decision maker of the company, with a link to the page on our website that offers a service we feel would be of benefit to them.

Clients we provide this service to receive weekly or monthly lists of the prospective customers we have sent emails to, with contact names, email addresses and phone numbers. Our standard format is CSV (Excel) spreadsheet. CSV files can be imported into automatic mail software for future monthly newsletters. Sales staff in our clients' offices make a follow-up call within a week of our emailing. Contact management software integration with Outlook, Act! or GoldMine is an option.

Another option is permission email. We add a newsletter sign-up feature on your site, to build your own list. Incoming requests are stored in a database and can be downloaded for automated newsletter publishing.
