The Cole Wiebe agency had its beginnings 1987 in Surrey, B.C., publishing magazines under the name 12th Hour Publications Group. Our most noteworthy publication was Achievers, a magazine with North American distribution. Our umbrella company, Zwölf Graphik (German for Twelve Graphics) was created 1988.

Whitewolf Design was founded in 1996. In 1997 Whitewolf Design relocated to Squamish, strategically situated half-way between our two primary client bases: Vancouver and Whistler. Web design/development was added to our design services in 1997 and by 1999 we had many web design awards under our belt. Much of our web design work was done in Flash, adding multimedia interaction and interest to our clients' sites.

Our epiphany came in 2001, when it occured to us that the sexier the design, the more awards we won, the higher the price of our sites... but did award-winning graphics increase sales? Most websites pay little attention to online marketing, and it is estimated by leading researchers that over 90% of websites actually lose money. In other words, they cost more to build, maintain and host than they will ever generate in new business. We have become passionate about internet marketing (search engine marketing). It has become our foundational belief that good 'design' enhances the bottom line; it increases sales... period.

In 2007 we decided to drop the name Whitewolf Design. We've been telling people that sexy 'design' generally doesn't convert into sales. Our focus had become effective Internet marketing and SEO. It was decided to simply do business under my own name: Cole Wiebe. Our new website ColeWiebe.com was developed in January 2007.

We have been providing internet marketing and web design and development services to Vancouver, Squamish, Whistler and other Sea to Sky Corridor communities for more than ten years.
