A very broad base of referral traffic is available from private web site owners and affiliate marketing content publishers. With pay for inclusion sites you pay whether you get visitor traffic and bookings or not. With pay per click advertising you pay only for traffic, but if the visitors don’t book, you still pay for the click. With affiliate marketing, often known as pay for performance listings, you only pay a percentage or per booking fee when you make a sale.

To set up an effective affiliate program we install specialized affiliate marketing software on the server. The software tracks incoming referrals from affiliate sites. Applicable commissions are tracked on successful bookings so you can pay your affiliates.

We create two new web pages on your website, with links and buttons in your site’s navigation. The first page describes your affiliate program. The second is a sign-up form for new affiliates.

When a new affiliate signs up, we send them a welcome email that includes an ‘Affiliate Kit’ in ZIP format. In the kit are banners, with their unique tracking URL address, text links, press releases they can post on their site and some articles featuring your business. The articles are the most effective in driving traffic as they appear to be a review and endorsement from the site publisher.

We send a monthly newsletter to affiliates, with tips on maximizing their affiliate commissions (and of course your sales). Every month, emails are sent out to potential affiliate publishers, welcoming them to join your affiliate program.
